The Entre Sueños Experience is a dining event by Chef Stephen Sandoval (former Executive Chef of Leña Brava, Chicago). Dinners are rooted in the Northern Baja region of Mexico. Chef Stephen’s culinary identity is derived from his world travels, which tell the story of his heritage. He has worked for highly acclaimed, Michelin starred and James Beard awarded restaurants in San Francisco, Argentina, Mexico and New Orleans.

Dinner features creative small plates, dramatic shared entrees, thoughtful beverage pairings, and an interactive seafood cart. Both casual and intimate, Entre Suenos showcases the atmosphere of Baja’s wine country, the Valle de Guadalupe. Local/seasonal ingredients, impactful Latin flavors, seafood, whole animal preparations and the use of fire are common themes throughout our menus.
